For the launch of Sage’s latest version of ACT!, the world’s best-selling content management software, The Crocodile has created a sales campaign based on achieving the high revenue goals expected from customer upgrades.
Reaching a large customer base has required a creative theme with a fresh, vibrant look and feel. Most importantly it demands flexibility to accommodate different messages for different data groups. Data clustering has classified different customer needs to develop a messaging matrix, matching different groups with tailored product positioning.
