Bringing sales targets and marketing together The Crocodile has encouraged a rise in response rates through the personalised collector concierge reward service that Silver Service offers. Through this Nectar Business is able to achieve a higher level of points redemption from high-value collectors.
Collectors are sent emails and direct mail explaining how Silver Service makes spending points even easier, encouraging engagement. Via a dedicated hotline, collectors are able to contact a Silver Service representative, who helps them find their perfect reward or treat to spend their Nectar points on.
The campaign has received an excellent response, along with extremely positive collector feedback for the service, and is now rated as an important part of the Nectar Business marketing strategy. This outcome hasn’t gone unnoticed, scooping first prize in the best Customer Relationship Initiative category at the B2B Marketing Awards.
