Chevrolet: launching the Captiva in the UK
As a relatively new entrant to the mainstream UK car market, launching a new SUV into a fiercely competitive market space is a tough call. It's even harder when the brief is to begin full-scale marketing months before the car is even available. That was our job. We created the Captiva VIP Club and invited half a million in-market individuals to join online. Before the Captiva reached the streets of the UK, 5.7% of Captiva VIP Club members had bought a Captiva as a result of the dialogue programme.
